Attorney generals should uphold the law and defend the Constitution. Wilson is a corrupt disgrace to the rule of law.

Jamie Maree, under certain circumstances they can lose their immunity. In cases of violating a person's due process, acting under color of law and more. There are supreme court decisions that can help you. And remember, federal law overrides state law. Do your research and know when someone, who is in place to protect YOU and your rights from law savvy people to begin with, begins not behaving justly. Unfortunately, SC and their process of placing most of our judges on the bench to decide VERY , VERY life changing decisions regarding our lives and possibly the lives of our children is the foundation for corruption and unjust outcomes. Lawyers here don't want to go against the very judges that they see daily. Most of the worst corrupt agencies that use the courts govern themselves. Research and learn. If a lawyer can learn it, you can to. You are the only person who will ever truly advocate for you the best.

Will the SC Department of Fraud and/or the attorney general office CALL YOU on the telephone ?

I would not expect a call. Here is my experience: I wish to submit a number of documents I have gathered in connection with the deceptive practices of a business in Greenville County. The young lady at the Attorney General's office with whom I have spoken twice will not give me a name of an attorney in the AG office to whom I can write. She keeps saying "this is not in our jurisdiction, this is not in our jurisdiction." I cannot describe the deceptive practices/fraud in a word or two. It will take careful perusal of a stack of documents by an attorney to determine the categories of deception. This is a job for the State of SC not a consumer's personal attorney as I am not looking to file a lawsuit. I am not looking for mediation or a check. I want to report a business that should be investigated.

How do you file a complaint against public officials.

The agency that would receive a complaint and investigate it for possible action depends on the nature of the complaint and the position of the public official. There isn't one agency that handles all complaints against all public officials.

I would like to know how we go about filing a claim against a dealership. We bought a car and have brought it back 3 times for leaking and it still leaks.

Google state of Gerogia Paternity Affidavait. She will likely have to send it to him. He would complete it and sign it in the presence of a notary public and she would do the same. I hope this helps!
