Overall I don't have any issues with anybody that works inside Richland library they have all been polite to me very respectable other people that have problems with these people is because it's something that they've done themselves not something the staff has done

Absolutely beautiful library I can give it more than five stars if it would let me. Remind me of a library back home in New York was actually live plays and book clubs and immense DVD collection.

This is a beautiful library. Me just moving to South Carolina. Didn't like the idea that you have to go to a different county to use the different libraries. But they did let me use a guest pass. I found the design of this library to be very attractive.

Parking entrances on Park and Washington Streets
Rather you can park in the back which theres only about 8 spots or in the back next door wheres theres plenty of parking. All for free.... And then theres theres the option of parking at meter also.
Publicly no nobody can go into the library. But you can pick up any holds from the library by going to the back parking lot and parking in one of the designated spots. Then you'll call the number tell them your name and your library card number and they will bring the books out to you and put it in your trunk.
With your in-state ID, yes. With an out of state ID, they will give you a guest pass that is good for the day you present this to them I believe...
You will have to contact them directly for that information. I am just a visitor.
