I saw Dr. Herren at TVC. She is pleasant enough to talk to; I left one of my appointments not understanding why my digestive system was shutting down but knowing the details of her upcoming dirty thirty celebrations...? After suffering from an acute illness that has since turned chronic, I saw Dr. Herren. But unfortunately, this doctor told me that I am already following the pillars of eating healthy, exercising, and mental health, and not getting better, so there wasn't anything else the TVC could do for me. I was offered zero insight into the pulmonary embolism or gastroparesis I present. I questioned the lack of labs, lab interpretation, treatment options, and disease management options. Dr. Herren told me it was only recommended I try and coordinate care with a PCP first because "they do not know what else to do with me." I had to get up and leave the room in tears. Finally, I couldn't take anymore. I will file a complaint with the Oregon health department. It is very disheartening at the beginning of an illness to hear that there is nothing the doctor can do for you.

I'm very sick. I saw a woman doctor and told her I don't do online "MyChart". She didn't listen. I had numerous tests done. I want to know the results. When I call I'm hung up on before they even answer. I don't know what this place is, but it's not a caring medical facility. I'm sure they'll get what they can from my insurance, but I can't even get my test results or any treatment. I was given no medicine. It was a total waste of time. I'm still very sick.

This is my first time ever leaving a review for anything and I'm giving one star because that's the lowest rating possible to give. And I wish I had checked the reviews here before I went in. My family saw a doctor and was billed for the services that they didn't want nor requested without being informed. Then later they adjusted for a part of the billing to be covered by my insurance when I went into the office after trying to call them but couldn't get through. And the rest of billing issue are still not resolved even after a few weeks of trying to call them, leaving notes to different people and even walking in to different offices throughout the town, being transferred from office to office, but they don't care nor are willing to help at all. Stay away from this place unless you don't care to experience horrendous customer service.

The Vancouver Clinic Sleep Center- All the ladies at the front desk are extremely rude and unhelpful. I love the Vancouver Clinic however every time I go into or even call the sleep center the gals in there are always rude with their tone of voice and demeanor. If I could go some where else I would as they make me very uncomfortable!!!!! I hear how they talk to other people in person and on the phone and I am just shocked. I too do work in customer service and NEVER would I EVER treat people the way they do! If you dont like your job, then leave! YOUR RUDE and its uncalled for!
