I evaluate Vancouver Clinic's performance as poor at best not because of the physicians or nurses but the billing department. Vancouver Clinic's financial services policy overrides any common sense. Heaven forbid your name on your insurance card(s) does not match the name on your driver license - they are unable to process your claim. And then they have the gall to say it is a Hippa requirement. I wish you the best of luck. --- UPDATE -- And then to add insult to injury, Vancouver Clinic has the nerve to respond and say I may contact their Patient Financial Services to continue getting non support. The only way to resolve the issue was to request a supervisor - who indicated she was doing me a favor and processing the claim. Obviously, the HIPPA requirement was just BS.

I've been with them for years. I've remained with them because the dermatologist I had was amazing. He is now gone. Scheduling has always been a pain with long waits on the phone. I recently was able to rescheduled an appointment for an earlier date due to foot pain. I confirmed the location with the person scheduling me on their end and they confirmed the Salmon Creek location. Turns out it was the incorrect location. I am now not able to see anyone for over five weeks out. I also never received a confirmation text, so I was flying blind. With enough distance between the two locations they informed me that I would not be able to make the appointment and that they would not be able to try and squeeze me in. I understand the position they are in, but this has happened way too many times for me to even count. With the cost of gas and the wait time between appointments (also the fact I have to take time off from work for each appointment), I can't afford to keep having mistakes like this made.

I had a very bad experience April 7th. I am a first time moms and this was the first ultrasound visit I had. The lady that did my ultrasound was so sweet and nice. But Dr. Colman of fetal meds came to talk to we and my boyfriend about everything and he had asked me "what made me decide to ruin my life?" Not once but twice. I was in shock and then he rushed us out. It was uniformal and offensive and I will never see him again. He looked like he didn't even want to be there. I don't think he should be working with new moms or kids

Stay away! I like my providers but it’s not worth how messed up the back office is. If you have state insurance you have to be seen every 3 months to remain a patient with them. They didn’t tell me this and I found out when I attempted to get care for a broken bone at urgent care. I had to get care somewhere else. I’m currently having heart issues that they won’t even make an appointment for until April 1st. Because of arbitrary rules. Not Molina, who they keep trying to throw under the bus. The Vancouver Clinic is trash and doesn’t care about patient health at all!

Likely so, but do not count on obtaining in Urgent Care.
yes, go to urgent care. Only if it's an insurance that the Vancouver clinic takes
Yes, but it has moved a few blocks away
As long as you can pay for it, I believe the answer is yes
Any of the clinic's addresses will get the records to the imaging department. They can upload at any location.
Depending on what there being seen for.
The urgent care is open on the weekends and the lab is open 8am-Noon on Saturday at the 87th location only. No lab available on Sundays.
They do offer vaccines and all 3 but depending on the shipment received. You can call in
Just go to urgent care
The referral being a necessity is dependent only on insurance and usually doctors just put in a referral regardless. In order to get ahold of any dependent you have to call the main phone number and use the automated system
If you have a mychart account uou can schedule appointments online
The lab is open 730 to 530 Monday through Friday. The clinic is not open on Thanksgiving though or Christmas
87th Avenue Vancouver Clinic location, 3rd floor, physical therapy department.
Call TVC and after they verify who you are they will give you a username and password for MyChart
Yes you can. You can even use it if you only have State Medical but only any Urgent Care as an adult
Yes, they have 2 doctors for the eyes. They recently have added an eyeglass area and take VSP
