In late morning and the afternoon hours trains depart Folsom on each hour and half hour, until 11:30 M - Sat and until 9:30 on Sundays and holidays. Check the online schedule for morning departures, they don't start Folsom service on the weekends until later I'm the morning. On weekday mornings the first departure is 5am

Bottom of the hill in downtown Folsom. It's a light rail station. As to a USPS address, I have no idea.

Across the street, there is a parking structure!
