Over three years here and apartment living has never been so good. Whether it be the impeccably manicured grounds, the solitude from the quiet atmosphere or the incredibly competent and friendly staff, Heatherwood is the most comfortable complex I have ever lived. You can tell that the owners and management really care about their tenants by the personal touch that seems to go into even the little things. This neighborly community offers a safe environment in which I have felt comfortable raising my family. Thanks Heatherwood!

Have lived here for over a year as a young family of five. We love the floor plan in these apartments, so much space in the living room and love the huge pantry in the kitchen! Having central AC during the summer months with babies has been amazing. Lower cost for utilities, especially considering the size and the AC, but it has natural gas, so it really cuts costs. ;-) Great staff and the neighbors are all all great (in my section at least)

RUN AWAY FAST!!!!! Don't get sucked in like my husband and I did. We relocated to this area and my husband's company paid for our temporary housing, so we went to look for a permanent place to live. What a disaster we encountered, Mallorie is friendly and Rhonda appears to be also but this is not to be taken seriously. We paid the application fees and lo and behold were told we were approved, yeah! Now we provided the move-in fee to hold the apartment thinking we would be moving in given the day provided the apartment would be ready. Oh well just when we are ready to move in we get a call that the apartment is no longer available due to maintenance issues. WTH? I have three children and an elderly grandmother to care for and you're going to tell me a couple of days before we move in that it's not available. Thanks so much for letting us know so late. Now I have a couple of days to find a place to live in a new area, Great!! I sure hope I find something so we're not homeless, thanks a lot Heatherwood for screwing us! And we will be back to pick up our move-in fee. Yours Truly
