I applied online and have been calling the office 8 plus times a day to check the status of my application with no response, nobody picks up the phone during office hours there’s no option for a voicemail this is horrible service for prospective tenants I am very unsatisfied with their service!!!!

I finally have a manager that cares. My maintenance request are actually getting taken care of. The trash areas are looking better but they still need a little more work. It is so reliving to have a manager that is so informative and really good at calling me back to an answer all my questions.

Very slow to repair anything in the apartment. Trash is always pile up,takes the trash out every 3 days and so much flies. The manager seems to do nothing about the trash everywhere. I rarely see the manager. I don't recommend living here.

My take ! I visit a friend at Cedar Lane ( Cedar Grove ? ) in Vancouver . First, the apts are under a new manager . No not always in the office. But how often do we call/need the manager ? This place is very quite. Well manicured and sculpted grounds. Almost a park setting. Great tall, lush, native trees, and other groomed plants. I have only seen one car that is unlicensed. One . Acces to Sr. 500, I-5 and 205 is another bonus. Neighbors are overall cordial . My concerns, the trash area , although walled does get fairly messy. And oderous. Because the city does not allow dumpsters. There is a compacter on the far end of the place. But again how often do we tske the trash out and have a moment with this unpleasantry ? I am giving this place a 4 star rating. My friend who has special needs and is a bit fanatic about things, actually stated he too is pleased . This is my critique.

The Vancouver Police department has been contacted about this indvidual. Unfortunately they are not camping on our property so we have limited recourse. Feel free it reach out to the office directly or report any crime that you may observe to the Vancouver Police Department.
Pool hasn't been used due to Covid-19, and I can't defend the fees as they change management companies way to often and I think that has alot to do with it.
