It's a decent condo. Too many renters for my liking. It would be much nicer if everyone were an owner.

Be careful! You don't get your money's worth from Association Fees. $335 and they can hardly keep employees.

No, there isn't. There used to be, but it apparently was washed away by weather over ten years ago and was never fixed. The greenbelt is partly private land and the owners have no incentive to keep the trail in repair.

I am looking at buying a Condo for the first time! I have always been a home owner. My question is about pet policy? I am finding that a lot of HOA's have rules about that, even though I am purchasing a home? I have a 60 lab. Any pet restrictions?

Your pet can't run free. You can't use the commons behind the units to walk your dog. You can allow your pet to do its business on front lawns up to five feet from the edge of the roads, and you must pick up after it.
