I'm a housing navigator and recently worked with this complex to place a family. Charlotte and Adrienne were both incredibly helpful and made every step of the process as easy as possible. The family is incredibly happy with their new home!

2 YEAR UPDATE: Again I have never written a review for any other location, restaurant, hotel, or apartment complex. After two years I’m not being associated with this apartment complex I got a bill sent to collections without my knowledge. This lowered my credit score by 50 points and it was from this apartment complex. They sign everyone up for public utilities without telling the tenants. Because of this I had an account open that I had never set up with Clark public utilities. And I was never made aware that this account was open when I was leaving the complex. I feel that if an apartment complex is to sign up a tenant for billing they are also responsible for making sure the tenant knows they have accounts still open when they leave or break contract. Once again it feels as though they are using this as a way to avoid paying for utilities themselves and instead place it on tenants, doesn’t matter if they lived there or not. Extremely unethical place to live, highly would advise against living here if at all possible. ORIGINAL POST So never written a review before but I wanted to try and warn others. This apartment complex looks very nice and the office staff was friendly however, I wasn’t actually able to live in the apartment I was paying for due to my dad having cancer and having to move home for and when I broke the lease (high price to break the lease but it was my fault as it was in the contract) I was told my account was settled and that I should get my security deposit back quickly. However I received a bill instead that said there was damages to the apartment and professional cleaning needed (remember I literally never moved in) I thought this was obnoxious as it was a newly renovated apartment and I never actually moved in. So they kept my security deposit and then charged me even more to repaint the entire apartment. Also as a heads up they have utilities set up where you pay for the entire apartment buildings cost of utilities meaning that you are paying for how much water your neighbors use. So personally I feel it looks nice but does a lot of shady business to try and grab the most amount of money out of its tenants.

Our electricity went out 2 days before Christmas and we went to the maintenance guys and they were at our apartment with in an hour. They were fast to fix the problem. We never have any issues getting help from them. There always pleasant and helpful.

This place is the worst place I’ve ever lived. Horrible conditions. Our apartment completely fell apart. No air ventilation, extreme mold issues, no maintenance to fix Anything. My CAR got stolen from the property. Staff are very unprofessional to say the least. I would never recommend this place for anyone. Complete slumlord. DO NOT MOVE TO BRIDGE CREEK APARTMENTS!

Last year pool was drained and fixed in May. My guess is first part of May they will drain, clean and refill pool. As for hot tube, advertised as having one but has never had one and none expected to be put in.
