When I lived here I had such a bad experience with office personal/ management, they were the worst to deal with, hopefully they changed. The complex was built in the early to mid 90's and the place is falling apart. The garage doors were literally falling apart, the apartments are very cheaply appointed, the boarders on the walls above the carpet are literally cardboard, the appliances are of cheap quality and I can keep going. These apartments look nice online but they are very dumpy, when you live here for a while you will understand what I'm talking about... They raise the rent every single time your lease is up. I can understand raising the rent with in reason but these people are just plain greedy. This place is not worth the rent increases, go rent a house instead.. Renters be aware....

Slightly older apartments, but maintenance is great. I love having a county park in my backyard, 2 pools, 2 hottubs and outdoor courts. The kiddy playground is nothing special, but Vancouver has a ton of parks. I chose the Park 2 yrs ago bc their grounds are expansive, gorgeous, and well-kept. The staff are so lovely, you couldn't ask for nicer people. Maintenance requests are answered promptly by kind folks. I am very happy here.
