Always friendly employees, seem fairly knowledgeable when I have questions. Usually have good recommendations when I'm just kinda browsing. They have a birthday discount on the day of your birthday, I don't remember the exact percentage off. Always a great experience whenever I go.

This place is very conveniently located near my home. They have a variety of products. I was purchasing Polite disposable vapes from them, which are unique in their formula, but they seem to have stopped carrying them. I still purchase distillate from them, as well as full spectrum cannabis oil capsules for while I recover from a major surgery, which is taking much longer than expected. I wish they carried more CBD shake and trim. They used to a few years back and were my go-to shop for purchasing an ounce to make salve or tincture. I can't afford over $200 for one ounce of flower to make these products and they are more effective when using shake or trim anyway. I have another shop I purchase from for making those now and shop the Herbery on Fourth Plain for ready use products. I am surprised at how busy they are anymore. The last two times I entered, I waited at least ten minutes to talk to someone. They do run it efficiently in that they write down your name and some characteristic (like red jacket or blue hat) when you walk in and the person who checks your ID tells the bud tenders who is next, based on the order they were checked at the door. I don't begrudge them for being busy. They are doing the best they can with the rushes, outside of maybe having more help? However, if it's anything like fast food and they have one twenty minute rush, just to have an empty store the next hour, that's hard to justify. I came in hoping to purchase the capsules I mentioned above and that held up the bud tender helping me, as the Herbery website showed an outdated photo of the box, which I was looking for and they had no idea the manufacturer of this product changed the look. Therefore, I ended up having three tenders trying to help me out to figure out what it was I was hoping to purchase and I'm sure that didn't help matters with the number of customers in the store. They were very friendly and helpful and we figured it out. I do appreciate how they run who is helped when, as I've had the opposite experience at High 5, where I walked in before three other guys...who are always guys...and I'm ignored while those guys are helped first. Women use cannabis as well. The Herbery has never ignored me like that, and the service....even if very busy at times...is why I will keep returning.
