They’re terrible people who will tow cars from visitor spots when there are cars parked illegally in the fire lanes and disabled parking areas. Trying to charge almost 1600 for the 2 bedrooms not including storage, a garage, or a washer/dryer. They don’t even actually have the gym available either, they keep it locked with no way in.

Me and my family have lived here for years.The management team is amazing very professional always on top of maintenance issues that arise . The only thing that I dislike is the parking as it gets kind of tight for a visitor spots.Our apartment is our home our neighbors are friendly the kids love the playgrounds. I also love the gym it’s small but The treadmill is brand new awesome !!

I have lived here for almost 5 years and have never had any issues. Irina and the maintenance staff are excellent and always address our needs quickly! Parking is not ideal but I have been told it is like that at most apartment complexes. The price is the best around. 😊

Finding myself in need of a home; That I can afford with my income each month! I was concerned about moving to low-income apartments, BUT the manager (Irina) with a great management team at Cascade Woods is conscientious and professional; attention to detail makes the apartment complex run very well! because of Irina\staff, the apartments are nice and cozy home to get the world off your back! for the time I have been here NO break-ins to home or cars! What! I hear about the Russians sounds like reverse racism; just look at yourself-have felt that sting of racism! before you point out little thing look at the bigger picture!?! you are living in low-income apartments you are either poor like me or you are pretending to poor and your just a complainer! I have lived in place you had to be armed just to check your mail! SO` I would say this is the best apartment home in America! If I owned a complex like this place Irina & staff would be the top answer to making a business run like clockwork! Parking is no problem if you are truly low-income what do you need two brand new cars then! you were able to have new things because of the place you lived, your credit when up because of the home you found at the Five stars= Cascade Woods; A very clean and safe home!
