The maintenance is absolutely amazing. They come to your aid very quickly and fix the issues asap. Also the office is amazing when it comes to answering any questions you have. I have had a very smooth process here and enjoy staying here.

Alberto in maintenance has been absolutely awesome getting me taken care of. Point off for Valet Living failing to pick up my trash yet in 10 days. Megen and Angela in the office are getting me taken care of though. Apt is nice overall. Noise from upstairs but that's to be expected. My biggest failures to pay attention are that my unit has no A/C or microwave. But really good size. Great location for me. Lots of food and shopping nearby.

Yes, residents can make online payments using the resident portal. They can also submit work requests and view documents using the portal.
We offer a play structure, game room with foosball and shuffle board, newly renovated fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub and package lockers.
We offer 2 bedroom 1 bath, 2 bedroom 2 bath and 3 bedroom 2 bath apartments. All of our floorplans have lots of closet space, fireplaces, in unit washer/dryers and open floor plans.
Yes, we are a pet friendly community. There is a $250 Pet Deposit per pet and a $25 monthly pet premium, 2 pets per home. No weight restrictions but we do have breed restrictions, give us a call and we can discuss this further.
Parking at Passage is off street and unassigned. In addition to our parking, there is also parking along SE 5th street, which parallels the back of our property.
