Went to the Hwy 22 location in Mandeville for lunch today 09/09/22. Only my second time. Didn't know what I was ordering, thought the trio meant you got 3 scoops of chicken salad. Wrong! My bill was $18. I told the manager I was sorry, I didn't know what I was ordering but wasn't trying to spend $18 on lunch today. She was so awesome! Adjusted my total for what I thought I was buying AND compliments of Chicken Salad Chick gave me the full order any way. Not only delicious but generous as well. Thank you CSC!!!

A good option in the "fast food' industry. Like the variety of chicken salads. Sandwich was a decent size; side of fruit salad was a bunch of grapes. Drink not part of meal. Service thru drive thru was adequate!
