Very slow service. Waited over 30 min for a prepaid mobile order only to have the order incorrect. The Manger spent over 15min on what appeared to be a personal call complaining about being short staffed and how's she's handling it, instead of addressing the entire lobby full of clients. I try to avoid this Popeyes whenever possible. The tasty chicken isn't worth the drama associated with this facility. It's always something from not having chicken to running out of biscuits to not having pop. As stated I avoid this place, but sometimes being a dasher/Grubhub driver/uber eats you don't always have the luxury to avoid everything on a slow day

Always my favorite fast food style fried chicken spot. This visit was no exception. My spicy all-white chicken was hot and juicy, red beans were not dry (sometimes they are), biscuit was as good as always. .

I never write reviews but I’m absolutely disgusted by my service. After placing my order, I was told to pull up and park in the lot until they can prepare my order. 30 minutes passed and I still don’t have my food. I ask the lady working at the drive thru for a status update and was told they are catching up with Uber deliveries. I’m okay with this because they are busy. However, after a 30 minute wait my food is cold and I don’t have a top for my mashed potatoes. 🤦🏾♀️

Best chicken sandwiches hands down!!! But this is one raggedy place. You won't know what to think as the drive through looks like it's broken and you'll wait forever for them to speak to you... but the good is always good.

Popeyes is not a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ restaurant....last time I went there my meal and a drink was $5.00. It was 3 chicken tenders 2 sides of my choice and a drink. It was cheaper than I could buy the ingredients and then make at home. prolly better tastin' than my cookin' too. I understand your frustration but you gotta be realistic and keep things in relative perspective. You can't go to McDonalds and then get upset cuz you didn't get a 5 star experience....the burning question of the day is......"Did you eat the old chicken or spit it out?"

I know. It is ridiculous. I have wondered the same thing. Who is in charge of this place? Who does the training? The right thing to do is to inform the customer upon ordering that there will likely be a 30 minute wait. By the time that we order pay and wait and then we are told it's going to be a 20 minute wait ? The wait should done be over. It shouldn't begin after I was already there for 20 minutes?
