Went in because I had a coolant leak, they changed my radiator , and I had to bring my car back 2 additional times after my first visit because they didn’t attach the hoses tight enough to my transmission. Also I’ve found two more leaks since my visit there so I can only imagine they were the cause . Highly dissatisfied. No apologies , and the third trip took them over 1 day to fix the issue they caused in the first place . I called to check the status of my car and I was greeted by a girl , and she told me he was “running it now to make sure there were no leaks” 3 hours later I got a call it was ready, so clearly she was lying to me about the technician actively working on my car. Don’t go here seriously. Update : they also neglected to plug my radiator fan back in. 2 days later I’m still experiencing a transmission fluid leak. Will be taking it to another shop to get fixed.

I had an irreparable tire that needed to be replaced and on a Sunday afternoon it was going to tough to find a place to fix it. The first place I went to was almost closing. They couldn’t fix my tire and couldn’t place it since they were closing. We found Firestone by south lake mall and they were still open! Joey was very friendly and took care of what I needed! It didn’t take long and I ended up getting 2 new tires and it was super affordable!! Thank you so much Joey!!! I’ll definitely go back again when it’s time for any other tire needs!!
