Chicken tasted and smelled rotten even with spices in it ! Place is clumsy and not well cleaned. No wonder I have not seen customers inside at 4 PM. I threw the burrito after the first bite. Sorry to be straightforward, not meant to bring the race issue here but i gotta mention this ! I have been to many Chipotle’s and every time I see certain demographics working at any of the them the food always seemed either super salty, Gritty not well cooked rice, shortage of some items and Cleanliness issues

Food was cold and we dined in, the steak had. Different taste, not so good .not spoiled but different seasonings maybe then the normal..and chips are a if deal for family, without them it's just not the same and not until our food was prepared and paid for they say they are out of chips, no refund but 2 drinks were given their place... Overall not the usual experience, but I'll leave it that because we ALL have bad days

I like Chipotle, or did. This was real bad. Southlake mall location is trash, at least today. Employees were nice, but food was not. Burnt food in foil and out of over half ingredients ordered. They just made the order anyway and said call corporate to complain if you want. Fyi, over a month later and they still haven't responded to me in any way. Smh. 0 stars.

I’m a fan of Chipotle, so I was surprised by my experience at this location. It was not up to the usual standards of other Chipotle restaurants. Tabasco? They had none. No baskets with paper or metal trays for dine in customers (I asked for one and the employee said they’ve never had them.) I’ve never ordered an extra tortilla, but the sign they posted seemed a little aggressive and off brand. Not very welcoming at all!
