Ordered from here for the 1st (and my last) time. I ordered a 10 piece combo online. I accidentally did not order a drink,( which comes with the combo) and when I came to get my overpriced wings, the manager ( so she say) refused to give me a drink because it wasn't on the order! She was rude and very unfriendly! I paid for the drink and should have gotten it! Never in this lifetime or the next will I ever go there again!

I've been at this location in the past and I've said I'll never come back but gave it one more shot... New management now definitely changed it for the better I don't hear myself walking no more

Unprofessional and and unpresentable. The floor in the dinning room was so sticky like they hadn’t mopped all day. The cook was preparing food with no gloves, and never washed her/his hands after leaving the cooking area more than once. No professionalism at all. Food was sub par and barley tossed in the sauce. First time visiting and the impression was less than impressive. Franchise owner needs to do deep evaluation of staff and procedures in their Buisness. 5 piece boneless thighs. 3 were barely edible.(hard and chewy). All had bones...boneless?. And just abunch of fried skin. Won't be getting wingstop again.
