So I was in the hospital for suicide and depression. They never called me about move in or emailed me back til last minute. And I couldn't see it because my phone was taken away. I emailed them 3 times and they never responded and them blamed me for never getting back. Told me to send them my current address for the refund of what I have put into it and then the lady imforms me I never get it back because papers were signed. Papers were never signed and I was in the hospital. And not getting my money back. Very frustrating. Don't ever get involved with these apartments.

The property management has been very difficult. For the past 5 months my family has lived here, the management has not been in their office during office hours, rarely returns phone calls, management has changed companies frequently, and they have raised the prices of the rent without notice or an update in lease by a significant amount. Not to mention there is now a fee to pay your rent of 44 dollars.

Great place to live, the apartments are spacious, they have a very warm welcoming staff and a great maintenance team. It’s very close to the Mall and has a lot of food options available in the area. Only downside is if you don’t have a garage or get an assigned undercover parking spot, parking can become very stressful at times because unassigned parking fills up pretty fast. Other then that no complaints.

Overall I found this apartment to be very nice. Of course there are issues that make it not the perfect place to live for everyone. I say that because these apartments are really not built for or appropriate for families with children. The walls and floors are way too thin to handle children running and playing above you. Also, there is no place for them to play except in the parking lot, and that is too dangerous. The apartments are perfect for adults with dogs, as there is a big dog run in the center of the court for them. The pool, hot tub and exercise equipment are great attributes for the complex. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, Carrie is always on top of things and eager to help. Maintenance is hands down the best. Parking is a issue that I believe needs to be included in the rent. One space per apartment and the rest purchased or open parking. Other than that, apartments are spacious and beautiful and if you have no children definitely move here.
