The amenities such as the gym aren't working. Only 50% of their equipment is useful. There is vandalism caused by teenagers living in the same complex. Neighbors don't respect the rules in place, but Brookside 112 doesn't do much to make them obey the rules. It does not worth the amount of money you would pay to live in here.

Been living here for a few months now and the the overall experience has been a very good one. The staff in the office and the maintenance team are all super friendly and seem happy to help. The property is quiet but we’ve also only been here during COVID protocols. Recently more amenities have been reopening and my kids have been having a great time swimming in the pool.
