Thieves at Atlas Storage!!!! Last month we were alerted to some damage around the walls around our storage unit. They called and said there was a little damage to the wall. We went up there to discover that someone had broken into our unit and WIPED. IT. OUT. They stole literally our entire apartment worth of furniture. EVERYTHING. We filed a complaint against police report and they did nothing but tell us to call our insurance. The girls there (while nice) basically didn’t care and said that they “didn’t see anything suspicious” on some camera footage. Like, OBVIOUSLY there wouldn’t be…because it would just look like people loading stuff in a truck which is what people do all day there. SOO FRUSTRATING. A gate code is required to get in and then a door code is required to get in the building, so obviously the thieves rent units there and are breaking into units and just moving the stolen goods into their locker and replacing the locks. So WARNING TO ALL that rent at ATLAS STORAGE, go check your locks and your stuff because they know that this is happening there and they don’t give an S about it. Another persons locker was wiped out a week before ours. These A-holes are getting away with it too. CHECK YOUR STUFF.

Very secure location, access code required for gated entry, and tons of video surveillance. Very clean and kept facility. Not sure if it is a family run business? I think so, but in any event it definitely has that feel. Very friendly staff, and professional as well. There is also U-Haul rentals which is convenient, and auto registration services that I’ve used a few times. I will continue to be a customer for as long as I have extra storage needs.
