Representative at front desk very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Office and buildings very clean and very well lit. However, restroom on first floor wasn't accessible (out of order), which made the days in putting my belongings in storage a bit frustrating. =( Overall, very good experience.

Got to say that I had a top of the line experience with A-1 Storage! Fair pricing on units, well secure facility, elevators smell like baby powder. Seems like it has a longer accessibility hours than other storage competitors. Would definitely use there service again.
