Find out what auction company has the contract.
It's not supply and demand. They just go up 10% every 8 months or so. If you move units they'll go back to the $220 again
Just a dolly. If you need an automotive truck, you need a uhaul or something of that caliber.
I pay around 155- 160 for a 10 by 10. Very clean and convenient storage building
