I’ve been using them for a while now. It’s climate controlled and has newer features. Automatic lighting, key pad access, clean, and a freight elevator. I moved in because it was closer to home than the previous unit. I’m fortunate enough to be able to go during the week when it slow. If you go during peak times expect no parking and no carts to use. They even gave up parking in front to the neighboring business. Nowhere to throw any trash and a very slow elevator that is sometimes held up by people while loading/unloading. The location while close can be difficult to get into and out of. It still works for us due to our schedule.

Very happy with my experience. Great facility, clean, and well-maintained. Easy to get in and out of. Security always seemed very good. Had my items in storage for nearly 4 years and never had a problem. If you need storage and look around the greater Pacific Beach, La Jolla area, I would recommend them.

Great customer service. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and thought our locker would be too small so the lady working stayed longer to ensure we got set up with an additional locker. After unloading our stuff we managed to fit it all in the original one and called the next day and they fully refunded me for the additional locker we purchased. 10/10 would recommend
