I have lived here for 8 months. The grounds are kept. The staff is friendly and helpful and professional. If there’s an issue in the apartment, doorbell, outside light, dishwasher malfunction, anything happening, put it in the portal. The awesome maintenance team gets things done. Once, the trash compactor broke and the team scurried quickly to resolve trash bags being on the ground. This place listens and takes care of us. When it was time for me to move, I only wanted to be located closer to my work. I have found my apartment home. Im happy to be here in good hands.

Great quiet peaceful and quaint Apt. Complex. The residents are always very nice to me as a matter of fact I saw this lady varying a heavy bag of trash and I offered to help her out with it and next thing I know she comes back out with a bacon egg sandwich gives it to me and tells me she appreciated my assistance. Great people oh and the maintenance guy is a great guy very easy to talk to and friendly definitely a positive force for the complex . The apartments here are also very clean and well-maintained I can tell that they have been well kept by the previous tenants they don't have anything wrong with them for long before they get fixed and the people at the front desk are very nice and easy going very easy to talk to good communication and people skills very easy going

I'm a leasing agent, and I would recommend this community to anyone! The complex and grounds are beautiful and clean, and the staff are all amazing! I've met Amber, Paige, and Kevin, and they've all been punctual, helpful, and kind. There isn't a better complex in the Vancouver area!

My son recently moved into The Woodlands and loves his apartment. Because it’s his very first apartment I helped him with communicating with the management at the apartment and I must say they are so kind, professional, and accommodating. Amber the office manager went above and beyond to work with me all the way in California to help my son’s transition to living on his own in Washington go as smoothly as possible. I 110% recommend The Woodlands. I just can’t wait to visit!
