VERY unprofessional and rude office staff. Left hand does not communicate with the right here and the woman in charge has been nothing but rude and impolite to me for no reason the two years I’ve lived here.

I'm going to start off by recognizing the amazing people who show up every day to make their residents feel safe and welcome. Jess is absolutely by far the best. She goes above and beyond making sure we're taken care of and if there are any issues she gets them taken care of as quickly as possible. The other office staff are also very friendly and welcoming. The maintenance team Dan and Guy are awesome. They take great care when in my home to follow covid precautions and make sure to clean when complete. They are very friendly, professional and I trust them to come when I'm not home (which says a whole lot). They are very patient and kind to my dogs as well. Rent is not cheap anywhere you go in Vancouver. They may not offer AC or have the top of the line finishes or appliances, but the fact I feel safe and taken care of here is well worth the rent every month. I highly recommend them and again thank them so much for welcoming me home.

I’ve only lived in 5 different apartments since I moved to Vancouver but by far living at the Monterey Apartments has been the absolute best experience I have had. The management for one are all really nice, and understanding. Very down to earth and genuinely good hearted and helpful. Maintenance is quick and easy, they WANT to fix any problems you may have unlike others. They are always doing upkeep which goes to show how much they care about their building and tenants. They allow basically any change to the apartment, just not on the outside of the building of course. Trash is never overloaded. I could go on but you should just check it out for yourself! A++ rating from me
