Moved in a few months ago. I like it. Moved into a cool studio which is big enough for 1 person. Maintenance is Great. Michael the guy who manages the property is on top of it. Great location and close to everything you need. Likes Bars. I've already made some cool friends here. Parking is cheap. Overall, nice place to live.

The way they treat their tenants you'd think this was a classy upscale place. In reality it is a dungeon! Dreary with unsavory people hanging out. We rented for an out of town employee never late with rent and very quiet tenant. Received 2 fees for having a broom and dust pan on the patio, then had to extend our lease a couple months talked to he leasing agent, re signed everything, after 9 months of being on auto pay with our card on file they just didn't charge it. Instead they fined us and put up a 10 day notice. Truly would NEVER recommend this place, quite the opposite. Update; I did receive a call from Jennifer on this and they did remove the late fee....

Put in a request for someone to help multiple times concerning the wall in our bathtub falling off the real wall. All that they did was re-seal it and now we smell mold so :) Things to know: you hear everything your neighbor does, the heater only works if you are within a foot of it, but only your calves will get the heat, so its very cold right, our bed is an ice cube. no where else. The appliances fall apart often, and they only hire one maintenance dude for the whole complex. I feel bad that he is getting this kind of treatment, not cool. It also smells bad, saw piss in the hallway once. Idk dude the apartments look cool
