The Grove at 72nd Apartments

My family and I lived at The Grove at 72nd for two years and loved our experience as residents. The community is quiet, the grounds are very well kept and it’s walking distance from the mall, schools, and other stores. We lived in a renovated ground floor unit that was spacious and perfect for our growing family. I appreciate all of the attention to detail both inside and outside of the unit and I highly recommend this gated community if you are looking to rent in Vancouver.

Amazing staff they were super helpful throughout the move in and out process and the apartment itself was immaculate and the location couldn’t be better.

I lived here for two years. Maintenance and management teams were always professional and easy to contact. The community events were a nice touch: especially when Jake the property manager made pizzas for everyone! We will miss The Grove 72nd!

Poor poor treatment to tenants. Lied about the move out fees, never said or implied certain fees would occur, not even stated on lease. Management is extremely hard to get ahold of and super wishy washy on anything they can ever help you with. There is SEVERAL other places in the great Vancouver area to rent from that is far better than this place right here. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
