Used to be really great living here got maintenance request done on time, but now there's rats crawling all over by the dumpsters, takes days/ weeks to get a maintenance request done (took over a month to get a dryer), office never answers the phone you'd have to call multiple times to get a hold of anyone, constantly having a rat problem all they do it put traps down but don't fix the holes they are coming from.. it's always an excuse to why they can't fix something or why it's taking a while to get it fixed.

I’m a healthcare professional with a client who lives in these apartments. Part of my assessment process involves an environmental assessment. In my assessment, I noticed several issues. Most notably? Black mold. In order to continue receiving services, this must be cleaned up. I cannot send my staff into a home with a potential health risk. My client has reached out to management and maintenance, who have not provided any assistance. All maintenance requests are marked complete without so much as an attempt to fix the issue. I’m helping connect my client to law services as well as recommending they file complaints with HUD. I hope management can turn things around and start listening to the needs of their tenants.

I like living here. Close to everything. 10 minutes from downtown Vancouver. The office manager is laid back and not mean like some managers are. Maintenance is great too. I just renewed for another year.

Been here for a month and I already love staying here! Very spacious units, two free parking spots and pretty reasonable rent $! Also the manager Michael is so nice and does a very great job managing two locations!! Chico the maintenance guy is awesome he got all of our issues in our unit fixed so quickly! (They both deserve a pay raise lol) Location is great just off of hwy99 super close to all the grocery stores and i5/205!
