My family moved into Oak Creek Apartments recently & we absolutely love it here. We were greeted warmly & offered help the moment we arrived! 💖 The office staff & maintenance are friendly, have a smile on their face, & are hard working. Ask them anything & they are on it here. They love to see their residents happy! Everyone says hello or asks how your doing, & will even wish you a good day! This place feels like family. This is a great home for all of us. Our kids made new friends right away, this is the first home for us that we all feel truly accepted by everyone in the community. We're so glad we're here!! 💖

every thursday there is leaf blower right outside my bedroom window at 9am. weed whacker, lawn mower, whatever they need. yard maintenance is important but people sleep here. you can’t start maintenance at 11, or even 10? after most of the world is moving? also on yard maintenance — there are fleas everywhere. we’ve never had flea problems before but now we absolutely cannot get rid of them because they are everywhere outside and management won’t treat the grass.

I've lived at Oak Creek Apartments for 2 1/2 years. Recently I gave them my notice to vacate at the end of my lease on December 30th. I received a letter at my door on November 21st saying they scheduled me to vacate on November 30th, this was of course within 9 days of this vacate date. So as I scrambled to figure out where I was going to go while also juggling my other appointments with a mortgage lender, packing up all my stuff, and a swing and graveyard shift for my job. When I went to drop my keys off after finding a hotel and moving into storage, McKenzie or whatever her name is tells me I wasn't due to move for another month. I explained to her I already had other accommodations and that I wouldn't be there anyways. Clearly they were the ones at fault for this mix up. But she tells me I'm still going to have to be responsible for the next months rent and human error happens. As someone who had their whole life uprooted for someones mistake I was very angry. Other than that, there's always loud neighbors and unfortunately scheduled maintenance that is bad for anyone who has to be sleeping during the day. While I was disappointed with the office staff, the maintenance team was always very friendly and willing to help. As I never used the amenities more than twice, I cannot say I liked them or disliked them. I feel like there could be more guest parking spots as every time I had someone come over it was a struggle to find parking. The placement of the apartments is great if you need to use the freeway, although traffic gets really bad in the area. Even though I myself lived there for years, I would not recommend this experience to anyone else!

My move in here from out of state was wonderfully simple, never had an easier, smoother process. Drew, McZenzie & Rachel were so attentive & quick to respond with all of my questions. Drew even brought my online-ordered mattress up to my apartment bedroom when it arrived before I did! The complex is well-maintained: no trash lying around, clean & manicured & beautiful trees & greenery. The kitchen appliances are updated, & there is ample natural light in the apartment. If you're looking for a lovely home in a quiet part of the city, a short drive to all the fun & shopping, & appreciate many trees & a great leasing office, come to Oak Creek.
