Very clean and well kept property no matter what time of year it is. Eric is the best landlord. He is very quick to take care of any issues or concerns. Dan the maintenance man is very quick to fix any problems within and out of the apartment. We will truly miss this place when we have to move.

This place was good to us. The property manager and mantanence man were professional, kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Erik and Dan are great assets for Avenue5/Pacific Pointe Apartments. We took care of the place we lived in and respected the place and in turn we received the majority of our deposit back. I did find it odd that the non-refundable deposits did not cover the fees, so I am a little confused on that part. We liked living there and probably still would be if we had not moved out of state. Thank you Erik and Dan for being great. (Note to future tenants: Respect the place you live in and you will get respect back.)

Unfriendly/uncaring management. Inefficiently run. There is only one individual managing the entire building and she could care less about resident satisfaction. Office hours fluctuate depending on if she feels like being there, sporadicly closed office without warning. 1. Car was broken into, window smashed out by vandal, (high crime). 2. Blatantly, there is not enough physical parking spaces for the number of residents here. But there are plenty of redlined curbs, and 'no parking' signs for vast amounts of usable parking area. Heres the kicker, the management then dispatches tow trucks to tow cars despite inefficiently managing the parking area. I spent $150 on towing, because nowhere to park. Add to this, there is a massive church parking lot adjacent to the apartment complex which they lock the gate to. A reasonable management company would negotiate parking in this area for overflow. 3. Had a package sit in the office for a week after being delivered despite being told it hadn't been, had to continue to demand it was delivered until she realized it was misplaced, she didn't care or was to lazy to see it was there the whole time. This likely could be a nice place to live assuming it was not managed so poorly. Understand, lack of parking, reliability of receiving packages and safety of your vehicle WILL be jeopardized here!

They consistently find loopholes to nickel and dime you. I always paid my rent on time, had no complaints. They would rather gouge you, than keep you as a long term tenant. I wasn't intending on staying past my current lease but after my interactions with the management here, I can't wait. It makes the buy out seem appealing. They only maintain the areas visible from the street and near the leasing office. We had a sinkhole in front of our building that went un-repaired for over a year. The ground in front of our building is bare dirt and filled with weeds but there has been a pile of barkdust sitting in front of the office for about a year. Don't get me started on the joke that they call parking. You will definitely better served going elsewhere.
