We’ve lived here for a few years now. We love it our neighbors are nice Kelly and José are amazing they do everything they can to fix your problems and truly listen to what you have to say. The only complaint we have is that some people drive to fast but you get that every where. José Keeps the property clean

Not worth the $1200 per month they charge for rent. Not worth it. Not even close. Run anywhere but to Maple Knoll Apartments in Vancouver, WA. And I guarantee you, if you're fortunate enough to get a unit, any unit, that looks like the pictures shown, its a mirage. I'm sure the pictures are from the "model" unit. And they don't, DO NOT, allow you to hang sun blockers from balconies either. If you see any unit, including the laundry facility, looking half as good as the pictures shown, its a mirage.

Most apartment's take months to a year to get into. But this Place Took me and my roommate two weeks to get a place. We payed for the application fee, then got called the same day saying that the manager has paperwork for us. Usually that takes weeks. I love it here and I suggest people should live here.

This apartment complex is great as long as you follow the rules. Pay your rent on time, put your garbage where it is supposed to go, clean-up after your animals, take care of your unit...you know, the things you sign up for in your lease. If I ever have a problem, the maintenance person is there usually within an hour. The managers are helpful and friendly. There are many tenants I see breaking rules and then getting upset because there are consequences for such actions. I am grateful to have a place to live that qualifies for low income housing where I feel taken care of and safe.

No , there is a roommate release form that needs to be signed all persons residing in the apartment.
Maple Knoll in Vancouver, WA is still Maple Knoll supposedly managed by "FPMI or FMPI Management" in California. Nothing spectacular about this apartment community. Small apartments with rent increases EVERY YEAR. And for what? The only thing enforced here is the HIGH RENT. There are two units on either side of me where there has got to be more occupants than allowed & OMG, like 10, maybe more, cars between the two of them. My judgement call is that there are drug traffickers in that mix. The occupants between the two of them must believe they're the only people renting here. They do what they want when they want without facing any consequences. They have no respect or consideration for anybody else. They come to America, have no problem taking advantage of our resources & in return, they litter. The adults allow the minors to litter, destroy property & disrespect their elders. I think both those particular units need to have "welfare checks" done on them.
Last time I lived there it was about 500-700 if I'm right. It may have changed and you can double check.
