During my time here so far, I've had my ups and downs. Especially thanks to our good friend, Covid. Even though I fell behind, most landlords would have found a way to get rid of you. But the team in the office helped me to get rental assistance and encourageed me to do my best to get a new job moving forward. Their not your typical landlord company, they are more like a family.

I moved to Walnut Grove Landing with two other roommates, and the initial move-in experience was great. This was back when Samantha was, the previous Community Manager. Anytime we needed anything or had questions we were assisted with right away. When we had moved out, there was a change in property management. Alyssa Moral the Assistant Property Manager and Nikki Turner the Senior Property Manager are now who manage the community and myself and previous roommates have had a horrible experience with getting in contact with the office and having someone respond to email in a timely manner. Not only is it hard to get in contact with anyone in the office but we also had to deal with a whole mess up on our move-out account statement where they had tried to over charge us once we had received our initials move-out statement. This process took about over a week for someone to finally look into and make a correction to our account. Overall, not satisfied with my move-out experience and the poor property management.

Changing my review because after being told we did not have any move out charges, we received a bill, and we asked more than once. Not only this but we were charged cleaning fees when we had the place cleaned by professionals out of our own pockets already, before the final walk through, and after moving out. The rent was being raised, without anything getting better, so we chose to move, and now they are attempting to get more money from us. Things aren't adding up. It's turning out to be kind of a shady operation. So glad to not be living there anymore.

This was a good apartment, it was very pretty and modern, we enjoyed living there. Our only complaints were related to neighbors, which is really just part of apartment living. Parking is also an issue, there never seem to be spots. The tubs in the units have been sprayed white instead of replaced when they updated the unit, and the spray makes them difficult to clean. Management were always very kind to us, and maintenance was wonderful! All in all it was a fine apartment.
