We’ve been happy here and the area has everything in walking distance. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and quick to respond. Downside is , not all dog owners pick up after their pet and it would be great to have a designated dog area. We are provided with pet Stations and bags, very helpful.

Parking is a huge issue at these apartments, you are not allowed visitors after 6pm. That to me seems a bit extreme. Things may be getting better we shall see.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Hear me when I say do not live here. They will fine you for absolutely any reason. Parking is a huge problem, the management uses covid as an excuse yet doesn't wear masks. when I moved in not only was the person late to give us our keys but then blamed it on us and didn't wear a mask in the hype of covid. They are now giving out notices to people with window A/C even though in the lease it says we can install as long as we drill no holes and only use plexiglass to cover any openings.. Quantum themselves seem okay with how their management is working yet everyone I've talked to has had multiple issues with management. Save yourself the headache and don’t move here unless you enjoy bad management and your car getting towed for no reason. There are many reviews on here taking about this places problems. I dumbly ignored them and chocked it up to a few upset renters. Do not make the same mistake.

The apartment is fine for one or two people. More than that would probably be inadvisable. Definitely an older complex, but I have never had any issues with maintenance requests being addressed in a timely fashion. Generally pretty quiet. Parking is an issue for visitors, especially if you have someone from out of town who is staying for a few days. We have been disrupted by paving, painting and roofing for over a year now. Those contractors are quite slow and their work is not top notch. Management does not seem interested in interacting with the contractors to make the process go more quickly or improve the quality of work being done.

Starting march 1st cars that are not a residents will be towed after 6pm. Must have stickers in back window for residents. If you park in areas across the street from apartment you will get towed also.Towing 24 hrs for violaters. Manager letting residents have more then two cars so no parking for rest of residents. A guy that lives here takes the broken appliances from the apartments away for them could be why he gets away with using so many spaces. He even uses handicap spots to park his trucks in. He isn't the only one with more than one vehicle taking up spaces.
The local management place favoritism with the residents, please contact quantum residential directly and complain about the management.
You have to go in person, they hide and don't pick up the phone.

It doesn't make sense NOT to have any guest parking in the huge complex. The management is making a huge mistake. They need to take into account that emergencies do happen and a relative or a friend might need to visit someone ill and thats a huge deal breaker to move into an apartment complex that does not allow any visitors to park after 6.
9:00am to 7:00 pm for indoor out door pool 8:00am to 9:00 pm
They are cozy, but what eles do you need in an apartment?
No it is not, you pay a flat rate for water, and a flat rate for far garbage on top of your rent.
Do you know what buildings have the 3 bedroom units?
