Starting march 1st cars that are not a residents will be towed after 6pm. Must have stickers in back window for residents. If you park in areas across the street from apartment you will get towed also.Towing 24 hrs for violaters. Manager letting residents have more then two cars so no parking for rest of residents. A guy that lives here takes the broken appliances from the apartments away for them could be why he gets away with using so many spaces. He even uses handicap spots to park his trucks in. He isn't the only one with more than one vehicle taking up spaces.

My point exactly. There's a man that collects metal and he has 4 cars.wth?why is he able to use 4 parking spaces?whats the point of a contract if you can't enforce it?

This place is a scam, they take your information and your money when you're trying to get an apartment and they refuse to give it back or they say you have to get it from the manager then you can't get hold of the manager

I totally understand your point regarding 4 Parking spaces however these people are making an honest living plus they keep our gronds clutter free as much as possible. What we should be looking at is currently the policy that's in place allows up to 4 spaces. This makes no sense to me because it's a double edge sword. If in fact the policy was accommodated to allow such individuals to perform their expected responsibility's then I have a better resolve. They should allocate a certain section of the complex that would be most advantageous for those type of vehicles to be all in one spot away from normal activity and living quarters amongst the other residence. As to the for vehicle policy is way out of control each person should have one parking spot that they pay for and they can use up to one other spot. Now for the other individuals that actually perform benefits to our community they should be allowed to have up to four vehicles but in a different spot. That's my two cents.

You can add a garage for extra parking, or you can park in front of the office. It seems that everyone who lives here has 3 cars.

Also I'd like to add that if residents weren't upholding their end of the deal they get warnings or evicted yet when they don't hold up their end of the deal by enforcing parking it's totally fine and there's nothing we can do and they raise the rent on top of all of that. I'd love to move out but that would be way too difficult financially and there's just not much around..
