It doesn't make sense NOT to have any guest parking in the huge complex. The management is making a huge mistake. They need to take into account that emergencies do happen and a relative or a friend might need to visit someone ill and thats a huge deal breaker to move into an apartment complex that does not allow any visitors to park after 6.
No guest parking after 6:00 p.m. residents are not allowed to have visitors after that time.
I don't believe it's legal to say you can't have visitors. Also I had a sister who lived there for years. And a daughter who work there some year's back. Sounds like this place is full of issues.
