I couldn’t give this place a ZERO. It’s not an option. In the last year, my family hasn’t had any big issues until today. The nurses nor the doctors have never said anything about my daughter’s weight when I was with her at the appointment. Today was her first trip to the urgent care since she turned 18. They wouldn’t let me go back because she’s 18 now. I took my daughter because she woke up throwing up and was shaking. My daughter got back into the car after 33 minutes CRYING hysterical. My daughter finally said that they pretty much complained about her weight and wouldn’t even treat her. They told her to go to the ER for blood work only, but they wouldn’t treat my daughter for her current symptoms. My daughter tried to explain to them that her weight has always been like that (skinny) and she eats regularly with protein smoothies. The nurses and doctors didn’t care about listening to her. They found a way to IGNORE a patient and brush her off. I was so upset and mad that I tried to yell at them about her history of anxiety and depression and that her weight hasn’t changed since she’s been going to this urgent care. I am so upset, disappointed and angry at Northside for being LAZY, GREEDY and SELFISH.

Dr. Faraz alwani was very nice and caring, took his time to ask and answer all my question the same with the nurse. the only problem was waiting at the front desk, my son and I for 45m after our appointment to get inside.
