I just wanted to get tested for Covid-19 and they were gonna have me come back. Luckily I asked about the at home test kits and they were free so I went that route. Otherwise I would rate lower. Also they were very busy and the front desk girl was nice.

Hit and miss. My PCP Benjamin Huckett did not leave a good impression on me the first time he saw me, as he didn’t want to refer me to physical therapy. But I insisted so he did begrudgingly. When the physical therapy notes went through, suddenly he no longer had a bad attitude. I can only assume he felt I was med seeking for muscle relaxers or was being dramatic. I had just moved and had a very hard time re-establishing care because of my dx and past meds. He also didn’t want to refer me to a neurologist because he felt it was unnecessary, despite being under regular neurologist’s care for 4 years prior. After a year he finally listened, which shouldn’t have taken that long. But Dr Keely is the real reason i’m writing a review. I recently was dx with a cyst in my spine along with other majorly debilitating issues. I was given a referral to an orthopedic surgeon at the ER but need a new one because that place doesn’t take my insurance. I’ve been out of work for two weeks now and neeeded LOA paperwork signed. Before I even met her she was complaining about me in the hallway, which I know other patients could hear. She came in telling me that I only had 15 minutes and that she didn’t have time for all of this. She said that I needed a physical therapist to go over my paperwork. To which I told her that I seen one three times since my last ER visit and they told me to come here. She said “I don’t know you.” So I said, “i’ve had two referrals from this clinic.” She then threatened to leave and not treat me because I, “wasn’t listening to her.” She then said she needed my records, so I offered them (i have personal copies) and she said no. I then asked if she wanted to see my MRIs, to which she said, “no.” So I said, “So you don’t care that I have a cyst in my spine?” And she said, “no, I don’t care.” I kind of started panicking at that point because she was refusing to sign even a simple LOA, or give me a drs note, or the referral I desperately need. At that point she left and I broke down sobbing. I interacted with her for less than 5 minutes. I have medical PTSD so this triggered traumas I had worked really hard to overcome. I spoke to the clinic manager about how I communicate with a lot of medical professionals on a weekly basis, as a disabled person, and I don’t deserve to be treated like that. I’m not a fast food order that can be rushed. I’m a person and you can’t say, “I don’t care” to your patients even if you don’t. Her bedside manner is aggressive and inherently neglectful if you threaten to rescind care because I corrected you about my own medical history that you never bothered to glance at. I would avoid Dr Keely at all costs, and I will be filing a complaint with the board of medicine.

The front desk vs back staff do not seem to coordinate patients schedules. They don't call or send out reminders for shots/vaccines, staff vs patients providers are not always the same.

This place is horrible, don't go here if you need medical attention. My supposed primary care provider. Who only dealt with me over the phone. Finally met with me for the first time. She walked in and told me. "You got 15 minutes, tell me what's wrong. Then told me to go somewhere else.

It's one of the very few community clinics. It has very many patients because it accepts state insurance. They do their best. You should understand that.
