I believe you can drop it off at the Bellingham airport or at the Enterprise location in Bellingham, and then take an Uber or local transportation to the ferry.
I would definitely call them and not take anybody's word on that. Anytime I rented a car I bought it back where I rented it from
I don't see why not especially if there is an enterprise there but call in advance to make for certain. I personally will not rent from Enterprise as the local franchise in my area is a continuously horrible place.
If you just call them I am sure they would be glad to set everything up for you.
You might be better off taking light rail to the the Seattle Amtrak station. Take the train to the Bellingham Station which is close to the Bellingham Ferry Terminal. One way car rentals are costly. Also, I would suggest that if you are going to rent, pick a different rental car provider.
If Enterprise has a facility there I'd say yes. I've done drop offs .. expensive usually, but doable.
Yes, but needs to be at Bellingham Enterprise office or designated location and there will be a few, maybe big, for dropping off other than pickup location.
