Terrible experience with them. I only rented from them as a last resort. Smart alecky staff and crummy location offsite. They don't tell you to bring a declaration page from your car insurance before they will rent to you. I had to point out to them that the car's license had expired two months before. Also be aware of their maximum mileage limit. Major over charges if you exceed that. The car was fine - the wreck was the company. Run, don't walk away from this company.

DO NOT RENT from this company and be careful with them. They don’t have the vehicles they advertise and employ the trick called bait and switch. We reserved a SUV and paid for it a week in advance. When we arrived at their office, we were told they only have a compact vehicle and if we don’t like it we can rent somewhere else. This is after we walked 20 mins with our luggages and our kids to their office. We asked if we could get a refund for the difference between a compact vehicle and a SUV and were told no because we pre-paid for the rent and it is too bad they don’t have a SUV for us. The difference was about $200. We returned the vehicle about 4 hours late and were told they would charge us an additional day of $143. We were fine with it if they could credit us the $200 difference. The representative got angry and started trash talking to us. The entire experience was horrible and stressful. I would never rent from Rent” A Wreck” again.

I travel quite frequently and rent a car often. This was one of the worst experience. Literally the dude at the counter has an attitude of Atlantic Ocean , three separate customers were literally crying, another guy almost had a fight with them….. They were literally charging everyone and saying we don’t have a car and no refund. Worst experience ever. Thank fully I called my bank and disputed my charge. Please don’t regret your decision by renting this place and ruin your vacation/trip/ work.

Buyer beware. Reserved online for a decent price online, but was going to be forced to pay double at the counter because I couldn't get them my insurance info. Your insurance card isn't enough, they demand your entire policy documents, and if you're traveling from the east coast, and have local insurance with normal business hours, you'll do like I did, walk out. I've rented cars for 20 years. I've never had such a hassle. They either don't want to rent you a car, or the insurance hoops are a scam to get you to pay more. It is called rent-a-wreck, so I shouldn't have been surprised. It just cost me the first day of my 4 day vacation.

You should call them and ask if they can stay open late for you. They might be willing to. My flight was delayed and they stayed open for me.
Car insurance card
Instead of waiting for the pickup - you can walk down the rental place it is hardly 400 meters from the Airport. It will save minimum 2 hrs waiting time.
