Everything was straightforward, booked online and picked up our car in a breeze- with no additional charges like others specified. To my knowledge and signage (with explanation), additional charges are incurred only if you use a debit card. Otherwise, no additional charges! I think that’s understandable. They didn’t have a big selection but the representative overseeing the lot called in for someone to drive up a freshly cleaned Buick Enclave for us and it was perfect for our all our luggage and passengers. On our drive, it began to rain and the wipers were in poor condition to the point we had to pull over and have them replaced. Luckily, when we returned the car (a week later) they gave us a refund plus an additional amount for our troubles with the windshield wipers. Overall, we were provided the best customer service and were very comfortable with the car we rented. Thank you Sea-Tac Alamo!

I always use Alamo regardless it is higher price compare to budget/hertz/enterprise when my destination has skip the counter service. Because I don't get like to get on hold in line, and I am happy to pay that money. However, in my recent trip, I made a reservation in Alamo through chase ultimate rewards, only realized the system doesn't recognize my confirmation number. I made couple call to customer service, the first one was fine but didn't provide much explanation. But the second customer service was horrible....She told me Alamo no longer provide skip the counter service. I emphasized that I checked the website to confirm it still provide this service before I make reservation. Her respond : I don't know. Alamo no longer provide skip the counter service or this place doesn't have it. Maybe it's the covid thing and the website is not correct or they never update the website. When i was trying to explain to her why I pick Alamo because of this skip the counter service, her immediate respond was : Thank you for calling Alamo customer service and we are....Then end this phone call. She didn't let me finish. On my third call, I finally got a satisfied answer. Alamo doesn't accept any reservation made from 3rd party such as costco/chase ultimate rewards because Alamo doesn't get the credit card information from 3rd party, this is why renter needs to present in the counter/kiosk. I only comment here because that 2nd phone call upset me. It shows that Alamo doesn't train their customer service enough with latest update. Then she called out the official website was not update or not accurate, I should have record the phone conversation and report this website as a scam where their employee doesn't even trust their own website.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with this car company. When we just came to pick up our car in other car company, we had some issues, and couldn’t rent a car there. But when we came to Alamo, the staff was really nice and friendly, especially, worker named Zeppelin. He was really helpful. He helped us to find a cheap and comfortable car which was great. I am happy that we got a car from Alamo. This company completely satisfied all of our needs in fast and reliable way. Thanks!

Andre was so nice when we returned our car. He asked how everything went and we told him it was great, except the several lights that kept coming on, one for washer fluid, one for low tire pressure (mind you it was 35 degrees most of our trip) and one for service needed soon. It wasn’t a big deal, we just wanted them to be aware, and he ended up giving us a little discount on our overall bill, which was just so nice and really above and beyond! Thanks Andre and thanks Alamo, we will be certain to rent from you guys the next time we’re in seattle :)
