Very customer/user friendly processes, professional/friendly staff, and high quality cars. A potent combination for a car rental business. All was ready upon my arrival but assistance was right there in case of any customer confusion or glitch. Very pleased and very impressed. Unreservedly & unconditionally recommend Enterprise to anyone needing a rental vehicle.

AMAZING service!! Love Calypso at the ENTERPRISE desk and Cory at the cars!! Wow. Really simply WOW!! We arrived at Sea-Tac for our reserved car and was able to catch a shuttle bus easily to the rental car facility. Calypso (a BEAUTIFUL blond young woman) greeted us with the most friendly smile and welcome. All was handled quick and efficiently. And all as if we were her only customers all day! Her cheerful attitude never decreased. Then a quick walk out to the garage where two young men promptly greeted us. Sadly I only got one name but both men were so so nice!!! Cory took our paper work, we chatted about his fun watch, lots of smiles and laughs and he took us to the row of cars. He offered us an upgrade and a pick from 5 cars. The cars were in immaculate condition. We left with a wave. And then we’re checked out by another outstanding operator at the exit. Love love love ENTERPRISE!! We are full time travelers all around the world and if we are ever in need of a rental car, we go to the BEST! Just in the last few months we have rented in Malta, Spain & Bulgaria adding up to weeks with an Enterprise rental car. The app and my ENTERPRISE PLUS status is so easy to use. All have been AWESOME!! THANKS ENTERPRISE. Keep up the excellent customer service and great cars!

I had a good not great car rental experience recently at Seattle Airport. My recommendations/feedback is mainly about the car check in experience: Do not have people get out of line to try to do the self check-in kiosk, when it doesn't work for everyone. Who I am going to assume was the Manager on Duty, recommended that I get out of line and try the self check-in kiosk, which I was fine with doing, however I got out of a long line only for it not to work. After taking the time to put in all of my information into the kiosk, it didn't work and printed a ticket that I had to take to the counter, which meant that I had to go back to the end of a very long line. What was even more frustrating, is that the Manager on Duty kept recommending the self-check in to other customers and they were having the same result of the kiosk not working. And finally after it not working for several customers, he started to check people in himself which was beyond frustrating. It would have been great if he could have began to checking anyone, who the kiosk didn't work for; instead of just saying sorry and looking at us back at the end of the line. All in, it took me about an hour to get my car that day. That is just to long, especially comparing to renting from Hertz next door. Now, once I got downstairs to get my car, that was easy, and I did like that they include Clorox wipes to wipe down the car. Returning the car was a breeze, very quick and efficient, as I would normally expect from enterprise. In the future, if traveling again to Seattle for work on leisure, I would pick Hertz over Enterprise at this location. Hertz check-in process just runs smoother for some reason.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car (ERAC) is my preferred rental car company when I’m traveling because they always deliver excellent customer service. For my recent trip to Seattle, I rented a large SUV (7+ passengers). Since my family were flying in from 2 different locations, we all arrived at different times (luckily, only 30 minutes apart). Since my flight was the earliest, I decided to pick up the rental — plus, I never mind being the driver. The actual rental pickup location is off-site and requires approximately a short 5-minute shuttle bus ride from baggage claim to the rental facility. Once we got dropped off, it was easy to spot the green sign for ERAC. They had a couple Self-Service Kiosks, as well as staff to assist you at the counter. I chose to be assisted by an actual person and didn’t mind the short wait time. Requirements: * Valid Driver’s License * Major Credit Card (you can ask to pay with a Debit Card upon return). Since I’ve rented before, all my information was stored in their database and I didn’t have to wait long til I got the keys to the rental (2022 GMC Yukon). I chose to add on all the protection coverages they offered. It just makes for a hassle-free rental. The actual vehicles are in the parking structure next to the rental facility. Just head outside, turn right toward the escalators, and take it to the 4th floor. Stop by their kiosk and the staff will show you to the vehicle. Make sure you look around the vehicle for any major dents or scratches. I took pictures of questionable dents on the top of the trunk. Once you’ve packed up, head toward the EXIT to show your rental agreement to the attendant. Returning the rental was easy. Just Google Maps it toward the rental returns at SEATAC and follow the signs to ERAC. Pull into the return lanes and someone will go over your rental receipt. Don’t forget to fill up your tank. I meant to do that before returning the SUV but, because I was in a hurry to make my way to the airport, I totally forgot and got charged. Lesson learned. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my rental experience here at Enteprise Rent-A-Car at Sea-Tac. Super easy and efficient.

National, Enterprise, and Alamo rentals are all owned by the same company and are on the same floor of the rental parking garage at the SeaTac facility. They are on the floor directly beneath the Metro Transit at the top.
Do not believe so
Yes
Yes you can pick up and drop off at different locations.
You have to pay a price difference to be able to drop off at a different location. Talk to the agents there or get on their website
If you want to prepay, and then they will add any later charges when turning it in on same credit card.
What you mean you can use a debit card if you out of state resident and have a return flight confirmation.
Yes. I was there a few weeks ago, and there was a shuttle to and from the airport to the car rentals.
If you don't have a round-trip ticket. Enterprise will require a regular credit card.
You need a credit card and a driver's license to rent a car. If you don't have a credit card and you use a debit card they will take a deposit of something like $250 the hold on your account until you return the car. That was when I rented an Enterprise car in January 21'. Their policy may have changed since then so I recommend calling.
Each general metropolitan area has a central hub where they route phone calls to satellite locations.
I believe you can drop it off at the Bellingham airport or at the Enterprise location in Bellingham, and then take an Uber or local transportation to the ferry.
Yes, just as you received it, you leave it.
It depends on the size and type of rental you need.
Yes. Check with your insurance provider ahead of time to make sure you have coverage
They will require a credit card to rent the car. Upon returning the car, you will need to request to pay at the rental desk, not on the attendant's mobile device. The rental desk may be limited in being able to make change if you don't have the exact amount due.
As far as I know there is no way to be sure. It depends on when you arrive, who the rental agent in the garage is, and what they have available. I rented a full size SUV which was supposed to be a Ford Expedition of equivalent. I got a Nissan Armada. A few days later I rented a Ford F-150 or equivalent and left with a Nissan Titan. A Challenger is gong to be a 2 door special rental. And again you may get a Camaro or Mustang. Good luck. If it doesn't smell like marijuana you won.
It is. Just a free shuttle ride away.
Yes they are at Sea tac
Doesn't, but continues to offer competitive rates.
19717 62nd Avenue S is slightly closer (10min) than the airport location (11min)
Yes, the GPS is extra so we just used Google with our phones. It's $6-10 per day, on the phone it was free..
If you rent at airport very expensive, if you rent off site much cheaper.
Train from seattle to Canada then taxi to final destination might be cheaper ..public transpo on us US side and Canada Side is accesible ...if you would consider ?????
It cheaper away from the ap
They have a bus shuttle, but you should call and confirm if there is setvice at that time.
Yes they do, but there is probably limited on the spot availability. I would call ahead to ensure you get what you are looking for.
They have shuttles from the rental area to the terminal.
A mini SUV would be easy. I had a Mazda CX5 and was a nice fit, not to big. Something similar. I rented the Nissan Sentra and that was a nice size also.
Yes as long as there is a enterprises there you can drop it off
I'm not sure, but you always can depend on share ride services like Lytle and Uber. Trust me you will save a lot if you stick with share ride instead of paying for gas and $30 for park your rental car for an hour
Call them and see if the items were found.
Yes
No
It's one large building with all the rental companies next to each other, like a food court.
I agree, in places like Alaska I would assume they must be prepared.
Parking structure on site. Pull up get out of car they give you a receipt and your on your way.
I don't know. We checked our rental car in, in Ballard and got a Lyft to the cruise terminal. On arrriving back in Seattle they had s bus to bring us to the downtown Seattle car pick up.
Shuttle
They provide shuttles to and from airport to rental facility.
Enterprise does charge to drop off at a different location than pickup
Yes, there are shuttles back and forth to airport and rental place.
Go to the website.
Yes
Take 188 west to I5
Yes. It costs more though and you can do it online. Just put the return destination
I know they offer Costco. But if AAA and AARP offer them, you have to get the special codes direct from them.
Yes. Very easy to do. Great people at Enterprise too.
I've never paid a deposit.
