I love being part of the Emerald Club! Traveling more these days, and I have not had any issues with booking and picking up rental cars in any of the cities I have traveled to. So easy to just get off the plane and head straight to the Club Aisle and go. I've even stopped shopping around at other rental car sites, because I have yet to find a better deal than National has. Keep Up The Great Work!

Excellent service right from getting the car to returning it back. Fast and efficient. Nothing is more important than getting your rental quick and hassle free without having to wait in the line. Being an Emerald member I got my rental as soon as I reached the facility and was also provided a complementary upgrade. Appreciate it National for a great service. Thank you. You need to get in line for a shuttle bus outside the terminal. It's a bit of a ride to the cars. The garage was clean. Keep in mind to give yourself enough time to return your rental. It will take about 15 minutes for the return and the shuttle ride.

National Rental Car is my go-to choice for renting cars. I have rented them all over the country. Due to the car shortage earlier this year, I’ve found it very hard to get decent rentals at most NRC center airports, even as an Executive member. This location had a great selection to choose from. We flew into SeaTac and rented this car for a road trip from Seattle to Portland, to Cannon Beach, and back to Seattle. The location of the Rental Car Center is a short shuttle ride from SeaTac Airport. Once you get off of the shuttle you can find your way through the lobby to National. We ended up renting a blue Nissan Rogue. It was clean and had a couple of Clorox wipes for us in the cup holder, which was very nice. We had the Rogue for 4 days and it drove great. Gas mileage was good and we only had to fill it up 1.5x for our road trip. Checkout was quick and easy. Checking back in was made very easy with Ray. Ray was friendly and offered top service. He also double-checked the car to make sure we didn’t forget anything. It was a great rental experience.

Where are you flying to. Normally if you put your flight number they will still have executive access unless the airport doesn't have emerald isle
I'm an Emerald Club member, but for my trips to PNW, I specifically rent a mid size SUV to ensure I had a 4 wheel drive vehicle. When I arrived in Seattle back in June, I didn't see one. I just went to the window in the garage there and told them I needed 4WD. In two minutes a Jeep Grand Cherokee pulled up and we were on our way.
My experience is car are coming from the clean up facility constantly. I would take a chance and ask for the sister agency if you have to wait longer than 5 minutes. There is usually a representative by the aisle.
My experience was at 3:30AM so may be a little different but was around 20 minutes or so
