They have closed 1 laundry facility in an rv section for "card tables" other facilities are run down tile falling off the walls etc in the bathrooms there is a tremendous amount of deferred maintenance going on all over the campground They combined the coffee shop with the other location so only 1 eatery location now The golf cart traffic is out of control so is speeding Needs a lot of work to be a resort

This place is so great we bought a Florida Executive Suite! With over 1800 sites, there is always something happening here! Games, clubs, swimming, biking. Nature trail, TGO Community Church, golf, and the Blue Heron Restaurant.

Yes. You are able to rent your space. I believe you have a choice to allow Great Outdoors to manage the rental or do it yourself.

It would probably be hard to find a place for this winter. This place stays full in the winter. It is a very nice place to stay....one of the best in the country. If you are nearby, you might call the TGO office and see if they can fit you in somewhere. If you can get a spot, it would be around 1800-2000 per month.

Yes of course, the place is HUGE!! You have options depending on what the want. There are some spots with just hookups. Some with a bungalow. Some houses. Some houses with rv size garages. Other factors to consider might be how social they are. If they want a central location (high traffic), or something quieter, farther out. If they play golf, or want to be closer to a hot tub. The alligators are great.
