I don't know if St. Francis house will help you with your electric bill or not, you would have to ask them about that Diana Noffsinger.
From what they have told me in past, they don't help with utility assistance but they can give you a list of people who do in the community
I'm not sure exactly but I'm pretty sure they do or will know where to turn for that
