Made a tentative order on Monday was very clear I didn't know if I would need one or two truck loads, was told they didn't know what time the order would be out but they would do it Wednesday. It's 7am on Wednesday and they say they are on the way. I said we only need the one truck load for now and then was blammed for not calling this morning before my delivery. They proceeded to try and charge me $70 additional dollars for 1 truck load because I didn't call them and tell them before they loaded the truck. Well if I could have been told an actual time you were going to deliver to us I would have made that call but to blame a customer and charge for something that is not in my control is outrageous and bad for business. To say less I will be giving my business to someone who has there operations in order and doesn't blame customers!

Made an order for 8AM drop off. Waited until almost 9AM no response or anything. Had to call and they forgot about it. Couldn't compensate by dropping off later in the day because it wasn't convenient for them. Great mantra of putting the customer first. **Edit** It’s nice to know that when it comes to after leaving a poor review from failure to serve, it’s a quick response with now provided resolutions and show for customer care. But when originally trying to reschedule, all alternative times were an inconvenience. Good to know.

Super experience with his company! Over the past three years, because of our new home construction, we have purchased many MANY loads of topsoil, gravel, and other landscape material. They always have competitive pricing(never found it anywhere cheaper, but we have gotten minimum 10 yards each time so for less quantities you'd have to call and price it out). More important to me though is that they are professional each and every time I call. Even when I can tell they are busy, I have always between treated well. Additionally, all of the drivers who have dropped here have been friendly, courteous, and professional. Love this company!!!

20 bucks a ton for rock, about 4plus yards in a ton I think. How many axles you got cuz my truck and trailer struggled with one ton? I'm sure they cut deals for truck drivers real nice people work there
You could get black Basalt crushed down in Olympia at the Black Lk. Quarry. I dont belive Ramdels carries the product your looking for. You could check Corliss Resources on Meridian in south hill Puallup.
