Just moved into the area. Apparently they left a packet on our doorstep about starting service days BEFORE we moved in & got the keys , that somehow grew legs and walked off on its own. instead is blaming the real estate /escrow office for not giving us THEIR paperwork to set up utilities? Our water is disconnected and have with two kids a 10 month old baby and an 8 year, have been calling all day with no answer from “supervisor” Carol in the billing department and told us to go to the dollar store or grocery store to buy water to flush the toilet until sometime tomorrow when they can send a tech out to reconnect. Would give them 0 stars if I could !!!

The water tasted great, however their customer service is horrible. I sold my property that they service and spent 3 months trying to get them to take it out of my name and give me my refund due, while still paying for their terrible service. Unprofessional, incompetent, and rude.

Very disappointed with the process to transfer over the water service to a house we bought. My wife called ahead of time to find out how to transfer over the billing and service to a house we bought. She was informed an application was required. No one said the application needed to be submitted and approved to receive water. So, our water was locked out on the Friday before Labor Day. We could not get in unlocked until Wednesday afternoon. Not happy.

Water is rusty. We had a thankless water heater installed in September of 2015. It stopped working last week. Error code showed that it needed to be descaled. When flushed, the water looked like wine. Attached is a picture of part of the pipe that feeds the heater. Google Spanaway neighborhood water, to see Kiro TV report on water issue.
