It has been so long since I have received great customer service. I had the best service from Branden! He was amazing. Knows his job, anticipates customer needs and is so patient. He I is just fantastic! The leadership at this location must be great to have an employee like Branden. I was very pleased with my difficult project but he guided me and we got it done!

I've used this facility twice to ship packages and make copies. Shipping packages has been a bit nightmarish at best. I pre-pay and have the boxes labelled and ready to go. The first time, I'm told that they have to scan my ID to "verify" my identity. My issue with that is that there is no agreement or confirmation that your data will not be shared, stored, etc. In other words, they take sensitive data from your license. The second time I shipped items, the storeworker cut open the box. Mind you she did this after label was scanned. I was then told that I couldn't ship the items from that location and that I had to go to the "hub." ...so I fought traffic to go to the "hub" in Fife. Now the box is being returned to me 10 days later because the storeworker at this store cancelled the label. I'll take my business to UPS and USPS. Far better and more reliable service. Avoid this store like the plague.
