Tried to apply for house paid 60$ for the application just for them to tell me two weeks later I didn't qualify Stephanie was terrible to work with.

We enjoyed living here for the most part for 2 years. We let them know in advance that we were moving out, and they let us know each additional day we needed the apartment in a new month would be $75/day which isn’t terrible. Once the new month rolled around, we saw they posted a full months rent. I went up there a couple times to get the balance adjusted as it should be $162 ($75/day plus prorated parking/garage). They said it would get fixed. When going to look and see if it was taken care of more than a week later, they then added a late fee. I’ve called multiple times, and sent emails & have gotten no response. Terrible service and no communication at all.

Terrible application experience. Paid the $60 application fee and waited almost two weeks to see if I was approved or not. They finally said their screening team couldn't reach out to my prior apartment company which was a lie as I was able to get in touch with them every time attempting to do their job. After not receiving any help from Canyon Park, I gave up. Waste of time and money. They also never answer their phones. Look elsewhere.

Dont move into this complex. I had 4 vehicle's broke into and one stolen with no help from management. There was never parking so if a quest came over they would have to park at a store down the road due to broken down vehicle's taking open spots. I had mold issues in the unit the entire time. The appliances didnt always work. The grounds were a mess with nails and screws all over the property with trash everywhere. Everytime i talked to the office about a problem or issue i was told there is nothing they can do about it due to corporate and that was the end of it. I have lived in low income apartments before and they were hands down better than this complex that kept increasing rent constantly.

Our property is a non-smoking property. While people do ignore this at times, we do address it when we see it, hear about it, or have complaints of smoking. We do our best to enforce this policy at all times.
100% can attest to this being accurate! This place is the worst. Management needs a complete overhaul immediately. This is an expensive slum.
