Their stock changes daily. If you need a particular item in a hurry, go to a big box store. But if you got time then habitat will work great for you. And check the other 2 stores.

Tacoma location does pick up as long as their 10 yrs or newer or washer and dryer and 2 yrs with dishwashers.

Since their inventory changes from day-to-day it's hard to answer that question. They may have water heaters one week and they may not the next so it's best to call and check. They very well could, they have everything else just about :)
